Michael Sternberg is an expert in Enterprise Architecture, software development, and IT planning with a background as a Chief Technology Officer and Executive Program Manager. He is a Founding Principal of The Holistyx Group, where he has developed proprietary software and offerings to help companies identify and implement high-value digital transformation opportunities. His technical proficiency spans a vast array of platforms, including Azure cloud computing, Active Directory integration, and various legacy and modern programming languages.
Prior to founding The Holistyx Group, Michael was a Digital Advisor at Microsoft, where he launched a global Innovation Center of Excellence for BASF and implemented AI technology for numerous industrial customers. He also served as the CTO and Chief Architect at Kelly Services, where he managed a $10M+ budget and successfully transitioned on-premise systems to cloud services, generating millions in annual savings. His earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Delphi and AAA Michigan. Michael holds both an MS in Computer Science and an MBA.
