Cecilia Fung is a results-driven executive with over 30 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformations and building high-impact advisory practices for Fortune 500 enterprises. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex technology strategies into board-ready execution plans, having achieved a track record of $1B+ pipeline creation. At The Holistyx Group, she serves as a Manager, leading strategic AI consulting engagements such as SPARK (Strategic Prioritization & AI Roadmap Kit) for enterprise clients.
Throughout her career, Cecilia has held senior leadership roles at Google Cloud as a Principal Architect and at Microsoft as a Director of Industry Digital Strategy, where she negotiated strategic partnership agreements totaling $650M+ in committed spend. She also led global CRM initiatives at AECOM and held management consulting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture. A multilingual leader fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and French, she holds an Executive MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
