Andrew Wolff is a digital transformation strategist and change management leader with over 20 years of experience guiding Fortune 100 companies and global enterprises through complex technological and organizational shifts. He possesses deep expertise in AI adoption strategy, cloud migration, M&A technology planning, and innovation strategy across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences. Currently, he serves as a Manager at The Holistyx Group, where he leads client engagements focused on AI transformation and develops proprietary readiness assessment frameworks.
Prior to his current role, Andrew spent approximately 20 years at Microsoft in progressive leadership positions within the enterprise and industry teams, notably leading the Automotive, Mobility & Manufacturing and Energy teams for the Americas. His achievements include leading a 70,000-seat cloud migration and developing a transformation backlog for a top-5 NRF retailer to compete with digital-first competitors. He is a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics.
