It is a framework that helps stakeholders understand how an organization is managing risks and opportunities related to environmental, social, and governance criteria. We look at how metrics and KPIs are critical to ensuring ESG success. We also explore if these metrics needed to be looked at from multiple perspectives within the company to allow for greater adoption.
